Having scored on debut a month prior, the Mick Price-trained Sebring colt Pressing headed back to the scene of his first victory to take on the Listed Redoute’s Choice Stakes.

After settling some four lengths from the last horses, the Inglis Easter graduate came along the inside of the track with ease, powering through the heavy conditions to take the race by three-and-a-half lengths in what can only be described as a super impressive victory.

Purchased by Blue Sky Bloodstock’s Julian Blaxland and trainer Mick Price from the draft of Widden Stud at the 2013 Inglis Easter Yearling Sale, the colt looks extremely promising and will now head to Brisbane where his ultimate aim will be the Group One J.J. Atkins over 1600m.

With any luck, Rosemont Stud could have a stallion prospect in the making!

Congratulations to our fellow owners; Rashini (Mgr: M J Crutcher), D Santilli, R P Santilli, P A Donato, Mrs S Donato, D S Q Racing (Mgr: A Quinn), S Tsali and we wish everyone the best of luck as we head to the Queensland sunshine!
